Can I use Interpreter with CyraCom's platform?
Yes, if you can share the call's audio. Interpreter runs beside CyraCom's platform in Chrome or Edge, in the Mac and Windows app, or on Android with apps that allow audio capture. Regular cellular calls aren't supported.
Does it connect to CyraCom's systems?
No. Interpreter only uses the audio you share, and nothing is installed on CyraCom's side. Check your agency's policy on support tools.
Do I need to install anything?
