Pay for all your interpreters in one place

Volume discounts, single sign-on and directory sync. You see the hours each person uses, not their captions or notes.

What a team does for you

For agencies and groups of interpreters.

One place to pay

Buy hours for the whole team. Your interpreters' sessions use the team's hours before their own.

Their own sign-in

Interpreters sign in as they always do. They say yes before the team pays for them, and can leave any time.

See who used what

See each person's hours this month and their last session. Download hours per person per day as a spreadsheet.

How it works

  1. Write to us

Tell us how many interpreters and hours you need. We reply with your price and set up your team with you.
  2. Invite people

Invite them by email, or share a join link. Each person says yes on the Join screen.
  3. They interpret, you see the hours

Their sessions use the team's hours on every app. You see each person's hours this month.

Sessions use any free trial first, then the team's hours, then the person's own time. To limit what one person uses, set Hours per person each month.

You see hours, not captions

Interpreter never saves audio, captions or translations.

What admins see

  • Each person's hours this month
  • Each person's last session date
  • Hours per person per day, as a spreadsheet

What admins never see

  • Captions
  • Languages
  • Notes

For SOC 2 Type II and HIPAA, see Trust and security.

Common questions

Do interpreters need their own account?

Yes. Each person keeps their own account and sign-in. They say yes on a Join screen before the team pays for them.

Which hours does a session use?

Any free trial time first, then the team's hours, then the person's own time.

Can I limit the hours one person uses?

Yes. Set Hours per person each month.

Which apps use the team's hours?

The web app, the Chrome extension, the Mac and Windows app, and the Android app. You manage the team in the web app.

Can an interpreter leave the team?

Yes, any time, on Billing. Each account can be in one team.

Can IT install the Chrome extension for everyone?

Yes, with the Google Admin console or Microsoft Intune. The team setup guide has the steps.

Do you support single sign-on?

Yes. Verify your work domains, then connect Okta, Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace with OIDC or SAML. Interpreters with an email outside your domains confirm it with an email code first.

Can our directory add and remove people?

Yes. Directory sync (SCIM) works with Okta and Microsoft Entra ID. Each person still says yes with their own account.

How much does it cost?

It depends on how many hours your team needs, and more hours cost less per hour. Talk to us and we reply with your price.

Can we pay by bank transfer?

Yes. Talk to us for an invoice with the hours, the price per hour and the due date. The hours are added when the payment arrives.
