Set up a team

Buy hours once and pay for several interpreters. Each person keeps their own account, and you see their hours, not their captions or notes.

Open the web app

Get a team

Write to us first, and we make the team for you. The person we make it for is its admin.

  1. Write to us

Email mirkamol@useinterpreter.com with how many interpreters and hours you need. We reply with your price.
  2. We make your team

We set it up with the email you sign in with, which makes you its admin. Team then shows in the web app's sidebar.
  3. Buy hours for the team

Buy them on the Team page under Hours, or pay by invoice.
See Enterprise

Invite people

Invite by email, or share a join link.

By email

Enter each person's email address. They get an invite and say yes on the Join screen.

With a join link

Share the team's join link. Each person opens it and says yes on the Join screen.

Their own account

Each person keeps their own account and sign-in. The team pays for them only after they say yes.

Which hours a session uses

A member's sessions use any free trial first, then the team's hours, then their own time.

Hours per person each month

Limit how many of the team's hours one person uses in a month.

What admins see

Each person's hours this month and their last session date. Download hours per person per day as a spreadsheet.

What admins never see

Captions, languages or notes. Interpreter never saves audio, captions or translations.

Trust and security

Team glossary and protocols

Set them once for the whole team.

Team glossary

Admins add terms that every member's sessions use.

Team protocols

Admins add the agency's required lines. They show in every member's protocol list.

Sign-in, directory sync and policies

For IT. Find these on the Team page under Settings and Activity.

Work domains

On the Team page, open Settings and add each email domain your agency uses, such as agency.com and agency.co.uk. Add the TXT record each one shows to its DNS, then select Check record. Anyone signed in with an email at a verified domain can then join from Billing.

Single sign-on

Once a domain is verified, connect Okta, Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace with OIDC or SAML. On the web app, desktop and the Chrome extension, people sign in through it: they enter an email at your domain, or select Use your agency's single sign-on and enter the domain. People at your verified domains sign in straight away. Anyone with another email confirms it with an email code first. Signing in doesn't add anyone to the team, and Google and passkey sign-in still work.

Directory sync

Connect Okta or Microsoft Entra ID over SCIM with the URL and token the Team page shows. People you add get an invite; people you remove leave the team.

Policies

Turn off copying captions, notes or tracker downloads. It applies to everyone in the team on every app.

Activity

See who invited, removed or changed what, and when. It never shows what was said on a call.

Pay by invoice

For teams that pay by bank transfer.

Ask for an invoice

Email mirkamol@useinterpreter.com with the hours you need and your purchase order number, if you have one.

Pay it

The invoice shows the hours, the price per hour, the total and the due date. Your team's admins get it by email and can download it on the Team page under Hours.

Get the hours

The hours are added to the team when the payment arrives. Put the invoice number in the payment's reference.

Leave a team

Members can leave a team any time on Billing. After that, their sessions use their own time. Each account can be in one team.
