When your time runs out
When your time runs out, the session stops. Add hours in Billing and start a new session. To avoid the stop, turn on Auto top-up in Billing. It adds the pack you pick when your time left drops below the line you set.
Free trial
Every new account starts with 20 minutes free. No credit card is required.
Usage history
Usage type shows what paid for each session: Trial, Pay as you go or Subscription. Duration is active time, not the time the page stayed open.

Start with the symptom
No captions appear
Stop the session, confirm the call is producing audio, then select and approve the source again.
The wrong language appears
Stop the session, check both selected languages, and start a new session.
The source ended
Reopen the call or tab, return to Interpreter, and start a new session with the new source.
Captions are unavailable
Stop and try once more. If the problem continues, check your connection and contact support.
