Terms of Service

You choose the call audio to share, and we turn the speech into text as it's spoken. That's the service.

Pay as you go and Subscription pricing:

• Packs start at $0.45 an hour, larger packs include bonus hours, and Captions only and Live translate cost the same
• Subscription plans include hours that renew each billing period
• Current package and subscription details are shown on the pricing page

Trial time is used first. After that, Pay as you go hours are used before Subscription hours unless you choose Subscription hours first in Billing; when one runs out, the other is used. If you run out of available time mid-session, the session stops. Add hours in Billing, then start a new session. Unused Pay as you go hours don't expire.

Use real info when you sign up. Keep your password safe. One account per person. You need to be 18+.

• Anything illegal
• Try to break or reverse-engineer the system
• Share your sign-in credentials
• Run bots against the service

Captions are made by AI and are not perfect. You're the interpreter, so use your judgment.

Sometimes services have hiccups. We do our best, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. If something breaks, we'll fix it. We're not liable for errors in transcription, service interruptions, or things beyond our control.

If there's a dispute, the most we'd owe is what you paid us in the last 1 month.

You can delete your account anytime from the account menu. We can close accounts that break these rules. Either way, leftover purchased hours don't get refunded.

We might update these terms. If we do, we'll email you about anything major. Keep using the service after changes means you're okay with them.
