Common questions
What if I run out of hours mid-session?
When your time runs out, the session stops. Add hours in Billing and start a new session. To avoid the stop, turn on Auto top-up in Billing. It adds the pack you pick when your time left drops below the line you set.
Which hours are used first?
Free trial minutes, then pay-as-you-go hours, then your monthly plan hours.
Is there a limit per session?
No. A session runs until you stop it, or until an hour goes by with no speech.
Can I cancel a monthly plan?
Yes. Choose Cancel plan in Billing. Your plan's hours stay until the end of the billing period.
