Native proficiency in two or more languages, a headset, reliable internet and a private room with a door. Medical interpreters need 2 to 3 years of experience, depending on the posting; CoreCHI, CHI or NBCMI is preferred. Source

Common questions
Can I use Interpreter with Jeenie's platform?
Yes, if you can share the call's audio. Interpreter runs beside Jeenie's platform in Chrome or Edge, in the Mac and Windows app, or on Android with apps that allow audio capture. Regular cellular calls aren't supported.
Does it connect to Jeenie's systems?
No. Interpreter only uses the audio you share, and nothing is installed on Jeenie's side. Check your agency's policy on support tools.
Is it worth the cost for on-demand calls?
You pay $0.45 an hour as you go, or less on a monthly plan. Only the time you're capturing counts, so paused time is free. Captions only and Live translate cost the same.
