Can I use Interpreter with Sorenson's platform?
Yes, if you can share the call's audio. Interpreter runs beside Sorenson's platform in Chrome or Edge, in the Mac and Windows app, or on Android with apps that allow audio capture. Regular cellular calls aren't supported.
Does it connect to Sorenson's systems?
No. Interpreter only uses the audio you share, and nothing is installed on Sorenson's side. Check your agency's policy on support tools.
Does it work for VRI calls too?
